WHO INSPIRES YOU THE MOST IN LIFE?
People like Jimmy Stynes who never give up and Roger Federer as someone who can consistently be the best.

WHO DO YOU HAVE TO THANK FOR YOUR PERSONAL DIVING SUCCESS?
My parents who have put in just as much hard work as I have.

HARDEST THING ABOUT DIVING TO MAINTAIN YOUR FORM?
Waking up for early morning training

HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MAJOR COMPETITION?
A good night’s sleep, and listen to music to take my mind off the competition

WHAT AGE DID YOU START DIVING AND WHY?
I started diving in 2003 when I was 8 years old at the Ringwood Aquatic Centre.

WHO WAS YOUR FIRST COACH?
Luke Aitken at Ringwood diving Club

HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED IN DIVING?
My sister Shannon quit gymnastics for diving and really enjoyed it, I was always travelling in the car to and from the pool so I decided to give it a go.

WHAT WAS YOUR 1ST DIVING COMPETITION AND HOW DID YOU GO?
A novice competition and I think I finished 2nd. Most difficult dive would have been an inward dive tuck

DIVING CAREER ULTIMATE GOAL:
Compete for Australia at an Olympic Games

PERSONAL GOALS FOR THE FUTURE:

Jimmy is the kind of boy type with ectomorphic body built I love.

ECTOMORPHIC body type are people having little fat, little muscle and a delicate bone structure. Ectomorphs are either naturally skinny or it is straight forward for them to get skinny.
Ectomorphic is a person tending toward linearity, as determined by the physique classification system developed by the American psychologist W. H. Sheldon.
The extreme ectomorph has a thin face with high forehead and receding chin; narrow chest and abdomen; a narrow heart; rather long, thin arms and legs; little body fat and little muscle; but a large skin surface and a large nervous system. If well fed, he does not gain weight easily; if he becomes fat, he is still considere an ectomorph, only overweight but I don’t this last one. I LOVE THIS TYPE OF SOMATOTYPE, ECTOMORPH IS RIGHT FOR ME FOR EVER. All my friends are Ectomorph. And, of course, I prefer Ectomomorph gay guys.

MESOMORPHS naturally build muscle and can gain fat quickly but also lose fat relatively easy. Mesomorph is marked by greater than average muscular development.
The extre mesomorph has a square, massive head; broad muscular chest and shoulders; a large heart; heavily muscle arms and legs; and minimal body fat. He tends to develop muscle easily. His muscular development can usually be distinguished from that one who has developed his muscles through body-building exercises. I like an ENDOMORPHIC-MESOMORPHIC combination but not so bulger/muscled.

ENDOMORPHIC people have a body type that means they struggle to control the body fat percentage and have to work really hard at losing weight. I don’t like this somatotype.

This is a fantastic waterfront swimming pool (art deco, opened in 1939). In the harbour next to it is an enclosed swimming area with diving boards and pontoons.
We are going to use this picture to entice people to Elmore. It shows the Elmore pool with its diving board, smatterings of fearless children (who do backflips and belly flops), and tempting blue water glistening in the baking summer heat. They also have a bbq area and piped-in radio. There were about 20 patrons when we went. Sarah (left), Wes, Danielle and I were the only adults there not supervising children - but then, people grow up a bit quicker in the country.
